For offshore customers (such as Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/Scottish Highlands & Islands) and International locations, the cost of shipping will be dependent on the size and weight of the consignment. The rates will vary and we will contact you with shipping costs before any payment is taken and the order despatched.
Where applicable, approximation of orders within Europe can take 2-5 working days, North America/Asia/Africa/Australasia 4-10 working days.
Please note if you believe that your order has been delivered in poor condition please do not sign for it and return it to the sender (Hill Interiors) with the driver.

All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. This will help us see the issue and allow us to offer advice if needed and identify any product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being being arranged.
