We want to bring great value whether our customers focus on lead time, price or flexibility. Furniture To Go have what it takes to give our customers what they want. We cater for home delivery on single items – it is all up to the customer. With our warehouse in the UK, Furniture To Go offer next day delivery on more than 10,000 stock items, depending on purchasing and processing detail.
Next day delivery
If you place an order by 3PM, and the product is in stock – we will ship it the same day, for delivery the next day. NOTE: CHS may not be able to process your purchase before the 3pm deadline and therefore Next Day delivery will not apply.
Home delivery Surcharges
Our Home Delivery prices include delivery charge for most mainland areas of UK. For following postcodes extra £5 delivery charge applies.

We also can operate a 2 Man Home delivery service Extra charges as follows
- Mainland £35 up to 70kg + 35p per Kg thereafter
- Central Scotland £42 up to 70Kg + 40p per Kg thereafter
- Scottish Highlands £67 up to 70Kg + 45p per Kg thereafter
Furniture To Go Ltd endeavors to keep to expected delivery times. Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform the customer and decide on a new delivery date.

Transportation damages
Our high specification packaging for products, is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away, so that we can assist with the problem. If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked. Inform CHS who will contact Customer Services, who will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you.
Replacement parts
Our factory has in place a high standard of quality checks; however, in the unlikely event you have a damaged or missing part, you can go on line and order the item Replacement parts. The replacement part will be dispatched direct to you from our UK warehouse or factory.
