Brexit impact review

Following an extensive review of our processes, pricing structure and supplier information, we have been left with no viable alternative than to suspend trading with our former EU partners. The review identified that our current pricing and supply arrangements would make our products significantly less competitive than those sourced within Customs Union. It is with great regret that we are indefinitely suspending all sales to EU countries including Eire (Ireland).

 

We will continue to work with our supply chain to see if we can find a solution that would facilitate the reactivation of our ability to provide a service to our EU customers. Until then we say Au revoir for now?

The impact of COVID - 19

Our hearts go out to peoples all over the world who are dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact. We wholly support many Governments Policy to remain in isolation until this pandemic is under control.

 

This isolation also includes workers and businesses within our supply chain. The resultant impact is that our dispatch and delivery processes may be significantly affected by reduced Logistics operators and capability. It is our intention to maintain a consistently high quality service during these problematic times, however please allow additional time for the dispatch and delivery of certain products within our inventory.  

Our Customer Services team will keep you informed of any changes to your expected delivery date, or tracking information on all purchases impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

 

IMPORTANT: Certain products may show as available however certain suppliers may close, or alter their opening hours as a result of the Pandemic, limiting our access to these products. If this happens you will receive a full refund with our apologies
